ReadySetGrow is a 28-day ACTION TANK — and it's a container like nothing you've ever experienced before.
Born out of decades of working in movie making and software development, this ACTION TANK is going to completely uplevel how you do things, and what you expect of yourself.
Inside, you will learn the GSDing (Getting Sh*t Done) of what is called "A Sprint".
Running successful Sprints is a key ingredient to building your empire.
What's a Sprint? It is a super-specific, right-sized project that has one goal.
And whatever you choose to focus your Sprint on, in this action-focused program you will learn all the steps needed to bring one of your ideas to life.
At the end of 28 days, you will have something to actually show to the world.
So how do I help you get there?
This container is completely unique.
It is Teaching, Coaching and Consulting, all rolled into one.
And we will use a methodology I developed that led so many of my clients to massive success.
I imagine you may be wondering, "What about this experience is going to be different than the millions of other times I "promised myself" I'd get it launched, and it hasn't happened?"
Don't worry. I've got you.
Here's How it's going to work:
Consistency: We meet twice weekly on Zoom.
Ideation: We start with an idea. Your idea of what you've been dreaming of doing next for your business (or life).
Right-sizing: We determine WHAT portion of this idea can be completed in a 28 day period.
Project Planning: I will show you how to start with your goal and work backward to where you are today. And then plan step by step How to get from where you are to where you want to go.
Design/Development This is where the rubber hits the road. Where you take your idea and you start executing on your plan to make it all come to life!
Reveal: We will have a special event where each of you will get to present your project to the world. This motivation that comes from this kind of "launch" is undeniable and will help you go through the finish line!
Improve: The last step of the RSG cycle is to ask yourself what worked, what didn't work and where's the room for adjustment and improvement next time.
To say I am excited about bringing you this unique experience is the understatement of the century.
