Healed People Don’t Harm People™
The bridge between harm and healing is conscious choice.
Most people aren't making conscious choices — they're running patterns.
Susanne’s real-time pattern interruption technology shows people how to upgrade themselves like you upgrade your phone.

Meet Susanne Goldstein
Consciousness Architect. Pattern Disruptor. Human Upgrader.
Susanne Goldstein believes that healed people don’t harm people.
That belief is not a slogan. It is the throughline of her life’s work.
An Ivy League-educated humanitarian, systems thinker, pattern disruptor, and Consciousness Architect, Susanne has spent decades studying why human beings repeat the same patterns even when they know better. Why do brilliant people react in ways they promised themselves they would not? Why do successful women feel trapped inside lives they worked so hard to build? Why do families, teams, companies, and cultures keep recreating harm, even when everyone says they want something different?
Susanne’s answer is both simple and radical:
Most people are not broken.
They are running old code.
Her work is devoted to helping people see that code, understand where it came from, interrupt it in real time, and choose something freer.
But Susanne did not build this work from theory alone.
At 27, after early success in Hollywood and producing her first Disney film, she came face to face with the truth that would shape the rest of her life: a person can be wildly capable in public and still not be free inside herself. That year, she began what became a lifelong practice of intentional evolution. She gave herself a theme, committed to healing the parts of herself that reacted before she could choose, and began studying transformation from the inside out.
By the end of that year, something had changed.
She did not just feel better.
She upgraded.
She called herself Susanne v2.0.
Long before “personal growth” became an industry, Susanne was already experimenting with the idea that human beings could consciously update their internal operating system. Over time, that personal practice became a body of work, shaped by her own healing, decades of coaching, and deep study across psychology, neuroscience, quantum physics, somatic intelligence, emotional mastery, spirituality, leadership, and human behavior.
She created EnergyOS™, a human operating system built from 125 transformational codes designed to help people upgrade their lives like they upgrade their phones. Not by becoming someone else, but by installing new ways of seeing, choosing, relating, and responding.
Some of those codes came through years of working with executives, founders, women leaders, and people navigating the private ache of public success. Some came through her own lived experience with trauma, healing, reinvention, and choice. Some arrived in the quiet intuitive places where her best thinking often begins: bathtub musings, morning downloads, late-night pattern recognition, and the moments when science, spirit, and lived experience suddenly click into a usable tool.
At the center of EnergyOS™ is what Susanne calls real-time pattern interruption technology.
It is the practical architecture behind her signature Millisecond Technique™, which teaches people to catch the tiny moment between trigger and reaction, the moment when the old pattern is about to run and a new choice becomes possible.
Because transformation does not only happen after years of reflection. It happens in real time.
In the moment your nervous system wants to defend.
In the moment your old story takes over.
In the moment you are about to over-function, shut down, people-please, attack, disappear, spiral, or prove.
That is where Susanne’s work lives.
In the millisecond.
In the sacred pause between what happened to you and what you do next.
Her work is warm, but it is not soft. It is compassionate, but it does not let people hide. It is spiritual, but grounded in mechanism. It asks people to stop using self-awareness as a place to linger and start using it as a doorway into choice.
Susanne is not interested in perfection. She is interested in progress.
Not performative healing.
Embodied choice.
Not self-improvement as another way to feel inadequate.
Self-liberation as a practice of becoming more kind, more conscious, more sovereign, and more free.
Her greatest act of courage is trust.
Trusting the pattern.
Trusting the pause.
Trusting the unseen architecture.
Trusting that kindness matters.
Trusting that when one human heals, the world around them changes.
Today, through EnergyOS™, BetterHuman, her speaking, teaching, writing, and coaching, Susanne is building a new language for human evolution: one that is precise enough to interrupt a pattern, warm enough to hold the heart, and practical enough to use in the exact moment life asks who you are going to be.
There is no perfection.
Only progress.
There is no box.
Only the systems we are finally ready to see beyond.
And the invitation at the center of everything Susanne creates is simple:
Upgrade yourself like you upgrade your phone.
Heal what runs you.
Choose from freedom.
Become a better human.
Ideas Susanne Is Known For
Part worldview, part teaching framework, part invitation into a more conscious way of being,
these are the ideas at the center of Susanne’s speaking, writing, coaching, and BetterHuman™.
Storytelling to Change Hearts & Minds
Susanne landed her first job at the National Theatre of Great Britain by sitting in the backstage lobby for 8 days until someone would meet with her. She got hired. With pluck determination and mind for creating opportunities for lucky things to happen, she worked her way into Hollywood in 6 weeks, starting as an assistant, and soon becoming a screenwriter and producer.
Theatre, Film & TV
Big Ideas, Real Impact.
Web 1.0 + Tech Innovation + BetterHuman™
Long before “human operating system” became the language of her work, Susanne was building first-time digital experiences where technology, storytelling, and human behavior converged.
1993
Susanne had no idea that earning degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Theatre & Film from Cornell would lead her into a world where story, systems, technology, and human behavior collided. Her first interactive CD-ROM project was writing the screenplay for a Stanford-based startup Transcape Systems (aquired by Netpulse) that paired exercise physiology and cardiovascular gym equipment with movies that changed in response to a person’s workout.
1995 - 2014
By 1995, the web was about to blossom, and as an early experience architect, Susanne went on to work on first-time platforms and digital experiences for Pacific Bell, PG&E, Microsoft, IBM, Women.com, OpenTable, UCSF, Evite, and nearly 100 other companies looking to be part of Web 1.0.
She co-founded four venture-backed startups, including
MD Insider, which was acquired by Accolade Health in 2019.
Together with her MD Insider teammates, Susanne became a named inventor on a U.S. patent in healthcare technology, bringing her systems mind to the challenge of helping people make better, more informed healthcare decisions.
1994
She was next brought on to write a tutorial for Silicon Graphics and Time Warner’s interactive TV trial, The Full Service Network.
When the original lead designer became unavailable, Susanne became the lead experience architect, teaching herself the architecture at her kitchen table in Los Angeles before moving to San Jose to help launch one of the first set-top box systems for on-demand movies and series.
It was the literal moment when she discovered the interrelatedness of technology, storytelling, and experience design.
2026
BetterHuman is the public expression of a body of work Susanne has been developing for decades. What began as personal themes, practices, and inner technologies for evolution, emotional regulation, manifestation, boundaries, self-leadership, and freedom gradually became a living library of transformational codes.
First practiced in her own life, then refined through decades of coaching, teaching, and leading others through change, the system eventually revealed itself as EnergyOS™: 125 codes that form a practical bridge between the unconscious and conscious mind. Designed to help people catch the millisecond before reaction, interrupt inherited patterns in real time, and choose from intention instead of old programming, EnergyOS™ now powers BetterHuman: a category-defining platform that is not a wellness app, but infrastructure for helping people become more conscious, more kind, and more choiceful within themselves and with each other.
